A. No, but we will reserve your order by email or phone. We highly recommend this for specials because they are made in limited quantities.

A. Yes, we make them right here in the “kitchen”

A. Yes we would love to cater your office party or help you plan a special event.

A. Our basic menu rarely changes, but we have different weekly specials in the fridge ready to be baked immediately.

Q. Can I eat in "Katie's Kitchen"?
A. We serve sandwiches and salad plates daily with limited seating.

Q. How is your chicken prepared?

A. All our white meat chicken is poached and hand diced in house.

Q. How do I thaw my casserole?
A. We recommend putting the casserole in the refrigerator the night before you want to eat it to give it a full 24 hours to thaw.

Q. How do I cook my delicious casserole?
A. Exact directions should be on the package.

Q. May I cook my casserole from a frozen state?
A. Yes, you will need to extend the cook time.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept visa, mastercard, checks and cash.

Q. How long can a thawed entrée stay in the refrigerator?
A. Completely thawed seafood dishes should be stored in the refrigerator no longer than 24 hours before cooking. Other completely thawed entrées can be stored up to 2 days.

Q. How long can an entrée stay frozen?
A. We recommend no longer than 2 months.

A. At this time we do not deliver.
